Hotel was clean and in a central area adjacent to Plaza Del Sol and shopping center and a well known shopping mall. Beautiful & elegant unit with warm shower, toiletries, for example. Could use their secure parking. Central location was a plus.

Some of the staff were a bit rude.

Absolutely fabulous room, lovely view, and exceptional staff. Variety of food items served for savoury breakfast. Central location, within walking distance of Emotion Casino. Also, the area was downtown. The service was amazing, just like I expected.
